Unity Medical Clinic accepts most major insurance plans. However, if you would like to inquire about a specific plan, please contact our office at 505-992-3334. Co-payments and payments for any covered procedures are due at time of service and will be collected at check-in. Self-pay patients will be required to pay at time of service, estimates can be provided by contacting the office prior to the appointment. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
